Dawn marks the opening of the doors
Of the construction building
Time is a great adversary
R16 missile on pending
Nothing will hinder our mission
Nothing will prevent the launching
Our nation needs this moment
Our nation's future in a hellish rumbling
Veins with corrosive and toxic content
Teeming in a cold and drowsy body
Saturated solution of nitric acid
Unstable and ready to burst
Monster that materializes impatience and madness
It's waiting to put an end to it all
To free himself from the men
Who keep him alive
Constantly in pain since birth
Every liter, of your blood
Marks the point of no return
Failures follow one another
And the clock continues to turn
The madness of a man
Blinded by his creation
The nuclear age
Was born from our ambitions
Your creators take place
They witness their own death
In an instant you are on fire
You awaken in a roaring flame
Your chains break with a crash
And your scream is accompanied by a blaze of light
Trapped in the melting asphalt
Lungs devoured by the vapors
A scene from hell on earth
An inferno that lasts for hours
For ever...
Lungs devoured by the vapors
A scene from hell on earth
Miles away from the drama
Parents and family contemplate the flashes
The signals sent by the fire
Devouring theirs
A wind of icy terror blows in their necks
Our hopes lie on the ground like a wreck
In one fateful breath, the Iron Child collapses
Blood and flames as a consequence of our acts
In the morning lies the remains of the steel monster
Around him, scattered, the charred bodies
Those who saw in him the future of their nation
The heat imprints fear on their faces
A black smoke carried by a wind of sadness
Every liter, of your blood
Marks the point of no return
Failures follow one another
And the clock continues to turn
The madness of a man
Blinded by his creation
The nuclear age
Was born from our ambitions
A mass grave that accompanies a heavy secret
Never admit that our child is responsible for this
Hidden from the world the horror that has just happened
A disaster in the name of a man
The access to heaven ends six feet under the ground

Pity that I could not find the deluxe edition with LoG's Laid to Rest. Nevertheless I wanted to add Elegy to my BC collection. It's unique as it is a delightful mix of symphony and deathcore. The vocals are just the perfect "5th element" that allows both styles to intertwine perfectly. Ben Duerr is the perfect vocalist for this role. The Elegy trilogy at the end is just the apotheose of death-gasm, it's a good trip down to memory lane as I've seen S.O.I. live last year! sachavonkarl74
Few things hit harder than this album…and so damn catchy! Great lyrics too. Anything that talks about Anunnaki armies and such is bound to be great. aelia
This album has won over this deathcore hater. The symphonic elements are actually intricate and add an element of beauty to the release, perfectly blending with the deathcore clichés, that I usually hate, into a wonderful soundscape. jesterofdestiny
Chicago deathcore outfit Into the Silo torch everything in sight on this searing new LP with riffs that will leave bruises. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 21, 2022
